Abstract
La invención proporciona construcciones y moléculas de ADN recombinante, así como sus secuencias de nucleótidos, útiles para modular la expresión génica en las plantas. La invención también proporciona plantas transgénicas, células vegetales, partes de plantas y semillas que comprenden las moléculas de ADN recombinante unidas de forma operativa a moléculas de ADN transcribibles heterólogas, como son los métodos de su uso. Reivindicación 1: Una molécula de ADN recombinante que comprende una secuencia de ADN que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en: a) una secuencia con al menos un 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con respecto a cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 5; b) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 5; y c) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 5, en el que el fragmento tiene actividad reguladora de genes; en el que dicha secuencia está unida de forma operativa a una molécula de ADN transcribible heteróloga.
