Abstract
La invención proporciona construcciones y moléculas de ADN recombinante, así como sus secuencias de nucleótidos, útiles para modular la expresión génica en las plantas. La invención también proporciona plantas transgénicas, células de plantas, partes de plantas y semillas que comprenden las moléculas de ADN recombinante enlazadas de manera operativa a las moléculas de ADN pasible de transcripción heterólogas, así como sus métodos de uso. Reivindicación 1: Una molécula de ADN recombinante que comprende una secuencia de ADN que se selecciona dentro del grupo que consiste en: a) una secuencia con al menos 85 por ciento de identidad de secuencia con respecto a cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 20; b) una secuencia que comprende cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 20; y c) un fragmento de cualquiera de las SEQ ID Nº 1 - 20, donde el fragmento tiene actividad de regulación de genes; donde dicha secuencia está enlazada de manera operativa a una molécula de ADN pasible de transcripción heteróloga.
