Abstract

Un método para reducir la incrustación en los elementos de refrigeración de un intercambiador de calor en una planta de urea. El método comprende: dirigir un flujo gaseoso que comprende agua, amoníaco y dióxido de carbono en la entrada de gas de la cámara de distribución del intercambiador de calor por medio de una tubería; dirigir un líquido refrigerante que comprende agua hacia una o más entradas de los elementos de refrigeración y recuperar el líquido refrigerante en una o más salidas de estos; en la cámara principal del intercambiador de calor, condensar el flujo gaseoso en un condensado; en la cámara de recolección del intercambiador de calor, recuperar una porción del condensado de la al menos una salida para una composición líquida; introducir la porción del condensado como un aerosol en la tubería transporta el flujo gaseoso, y de esa manera disminuir la temperatura de este. También un dispositivo de intercambio de calor, y un método para remodelar sistemas de intercambio de calor.
