Abstract
La presente invención está relacionada con un dispositivo médico. El dispositivo médico incluye: un catéter de perfusión; un mecanismo de bloqueo que incluye un balón y un cuerpo de catéter; el balón está dispuesto sobre la superficie exterior del catéter de perfusión; el cuerpo de catéter está en comunicación con el balón y se usa para infundir un agente de llenado en el balón; y, un mecanismo de soporte que incluye un componente de soporte y un componente de accionamiento, y el componente de soporte está dispuesto sobre la superficie exterior del catéter de perfusión y está ubicado en un extremo proximal del balón; el componente de accionamiento se conecta con el componente de soporte para accionar el componente de soporte para que se expanda hacia fuera o se contraiga hacia dentro a lo largo de la dirección radial del mismo. Cuando el dispositivo médico se usa para el tratamiento quirúrgico de la disección aórtica, puede proporcionar un campo visual despejado para la cirugía, lo cual es conveniente para que los cirujanos operen, y reduce de manera significativa el período de tiempo para el paro circulatorio y también reduce el daño a los órganos vitales de la parte inferior del cuerpo del paciente.
