Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un sistema de lecho mixto que comprende un catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas que comprende una especie primaria P1 seleccionada de Ga, In, Tl, Ge, Sn, Pb y cualquier mezcla de los mismos como metal activo, dispuesto sobre un soporte; y un aditivo no catalítico en partículas que comprende un material generador de calor y un vehículo seleccionado de óxidos inorgánicos, arcillas y cualquier mezcla de los mismos. Reivindicación 2: Un sistema de lecho mixto que comprende un catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas que comprende una especie primaria P1 seleccionada de Ga, In, Tl, Ge, Sn, Pb y cualquier mezcla de los mismos, presente en el catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas en una cantidad dentro del intervalo del 0.05% en peso al 20% en peso, calculada como metal elemental sobre una base calcinada; una especie primaria P2 seleccionada de los lantánidos y cualquier mezcla de los mismos, presente en el catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas en una cantidad dentro del intervalo del 0.05% en peso al 10% en peso, calculada como metal elemental sobre una base calcinada; un promotor M1 seleccionado de Ni, Pd, Pt, La, Ir, Zn, Fe, Rh, Ru, Mn, Co, W y cualquier mezcla de los mismos, presente en el catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas en una cantidad dentro del intervalo de 1 ppm a 500 ppm, calculada como metal elemental sobre una base calcinada; un promotor M2 seleccionado de Li, Na, K, Rb, Cs, Be, Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba y cualquier mezcla de los mismos, presente en el catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas en una cantidad dentro del intervalo del 0.05% en peso al 3% en peso, calculada como metal elemental sobre una base calcinada; y un soporte S1 seleccionado de sílice, alúmina, circona, titania, itria y cualquier mezcla de los mismos, presente en el catalizador de deshidrogenación en partículas en una cantidad dentro del intervalo del 50% en peso al 99% en peso, calculada como óxido sobre una base calcinada; y un aditivo no catalítico en partículas que comprende un material generador de calor; y un vehículo seleccionado de óxidos inorgánicos, arcillas y cualquier mezcla de los mismos.
