Abstract

Se describen compuestos de la fórmula (1), incluidos todos los estereoisómeros y geométricos, N-óxidos y sus sales, en donde W, R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, m, n y p son como se definen en la descripción. También se describen composiciones que contienen los compuestos de la fórmula (1) y métodos para controlar las enfermedades de las plantas causadas por un patógeno fúngico que comprenden aplicar una cantidad eficaz de un compuesto o una composición de la presente. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto seleccionado de la fórmula (1), tautómeros, N-óxidos y sus sales, W es O ó S; R¹ es alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cianoalquilo C₂₋₆ o alcoxialquilo C₂₋₆, cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halógeno; R² es H, halógeno, ciano, hidroxi, nitro, C(=O)NR⁷ᵃR⁷ᵇ, C(=O)OH, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquenil C₂₋₆ haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, haloalquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, halocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, cianoalquilo C₂₋₆, hidroxialquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxialquilo C₂₋₆, haloalcoxialquilo C₂₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquenil C₂₋₆-oxi, haloalquenil C₂₋₆-oxi, alquinil C₂₋₆-oxi, haloalquinil C₂₋₆-oxi, cicloalcoxi C₃₋₆, alquil C₂₋₆-carboniloxi, haloalquil C₂₋₆-carboniloxi, alquil C₁₋₆-tio, haloalquil C₁₋₆-tio, alquil C₁₋₆-sulfinilo, haloalquil C₁₋₆-sulfinilo, alquil C₁₋₆-sulfonilo, haloalquil C₁₋₆-sulfonilo, alquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo, haloalquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo, alcoxi C₂₋₆-carbonilo, haloalcoxi C₂₋₆-carbonilo, alquil C₁₋₆-amino, haloalquil C₁₋₆-amino o dialquil C₂₋₆-amino; p es 0 ó 1; la línea punteada en la fórmula (1) representa un enlace opcional, siempre que el enlace opcional esté presente cuando p es 0 y el enlace opcional esté ausente cuando p es 1; R³ es H o alquilo C₁₋₃; cada R⁴ y R⁵ es, de modo independiente, ciano, nitro, halógeno o hidroxi; o alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, cianoalquilo C₂₋₆, hidroxialquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, alquenil C₂₋₆-oxi, alquinil C₂₋₆-oxi, cianoalcoxi C₂₋₆ o alquil C₁₋₆-tio, cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halógeno y alquilo C₁₋₃; o -U-V-T; cada U es, de modo independiente, un enlace directo, O, C(=O) o NR⁶; cada V es, de modo independiente, alquileno C₁₋₆, alquenileno C₂₋₆ o alquinileno C₃₋₆, en donde hasta 2 átomos de carbono son C(=O), cada uno opcionalmente sustituido con 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halógeno, ciano, nitro, hidroxi, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ y haloalcoxi C₁₋₆; cada T es, de modo independiente, NR⁷ᵃR⁷ᵇ, OR⁸ o S(=O)qR⁹; cada R⁶ es, de modo independiente, H, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo, haloalquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo, alcoxi C₂₋₆-carbonilo, alquil C₂₋₆-(tio)carbonilo o alcoxi C₂₋₆-(tiocarbonilo); cada R⁷ᵃ y R⁷ᵇ es, de modo independiente, H, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, haloalquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, halocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, alquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo o alcoxi C₂₋₆-carbonilo; o R⁷ᵃ y R⁷ᵇ se toman junto con el átomo de nitrógeno a los que se unen para formar un anillo heterocíclico completamente saturado de 3 a 6 miembros, donde cada anillo contiene miembros de anillo, además del átomo de nitrógeno de conexión, seleccionados de átomos de carbono y hasta 2 heteroátomos seleccionados, de modo independiente, de hasta 2 O, hasta 2 átomos de S y hasta 2 átomos de N, cada anillo opcionalmente sustituido con hasta 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de R¹⁰; cada R⁸ y R⁹ es, de modo independiente, H, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, halocicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo, haloalquil C₂₋₆-carbonilo o alcoxi C₂₋₆-carbonilo; cada R¹⁰ es, de modo independiente, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃, alcoxi C₁₋₃ o haloalcoxi C₁₋₃; y m y n son cada uno, de modo independiente, 0 a 5; cada q es, de modo independiente, 0, 1 ó 2; siempre que el compuesto de la fórmula (1) no sea: 2-metil-5,6-difenil-3(2H)-piridazinona; 2-etil-5,6-difenil-3(2H)-piridazinona; 2-(metoximetil)-5,6-difenil-3(2H)-piridazinona; 2-(2-metoxietil)-5,6-difenil-3(2H)-piridazinona; 2-(2-metoxietil)-5,6-difenil-3(2H)-piridazintiona; 2,3-dihidro-2-metil-3-oxo-5,6-difenil-4-piridazincarbonitrilo; 2,3-dihidro-3-oxo-5,6-difenil-2-propil-4-piridazincarbonitrilo; 2,3-dihidro-2-(1-metiletil)-3-oxo-5,6-difenil-4-piridazincarbonitrilo; 5-ciano-6-oxo-3,4-difenil-1(6H)-piridazinepropanonitrilo; 2,3-dihidro-3-oxo-2-(2-pentin-1-il)-5,6-difenil-4-piridazincarbonitrilo; 5,6-bis(4-clorofenil)-2-metil-3(2H)-piridazinona; 2-(metoximetil)-5-(4-metilfenil)-6-fenil-3(2H)-piridazinona;
