Abstract
La presente se relaciona con el campo de los herbicidas agrícolas, y particularmente se relaciona con un compuesto fenilisoxazolina y el uso del mismo. Los compuestos fenilisoxazolina se representan por medio de la fórmula (1). Los compuestos de la fórmula (1) presentan una excelente actividad herbicida y son eficaces en el control de malezas, como por ejemplo Echinochloa crusgalli, Setaria viridis, Cyperus difformis, Juncellus serotinus, Digitaria sangunalis, Arthraxon hispidus, Abutilon theophrasti, Zinnia elegans, Amaranthus retrofluxes, Portulaca oleracea, Xanthium sibiricum, Solanum nigrum, Cassia tora, Hibiscus trionum, Glycine soja, y similares. Son eficaces en el control de malezas a dosis bajas. Los compuestos de la presente también son seguros para el trigo, el maíz y el arroz, y pueden usarse como herbicidas en agricultura. Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto fenilisoxazolina, caracterizado porque es representado por la fórmula (1), donde: R¹ y R² se seleccionan respectivamente entre hidrógeno, halógeno o C₁₋₆ alquilo; R³ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, ciano, C₁₋₆ alquilo, fenilo, o fenilo sustituido en forma independiente con 1 - 4 de los siguientes sustituyentes: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio o C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo; R⁴ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, ciano, C₁₋₆ alquilo, CO₂R⁷ o CH₂OR⁸; R⁵ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, ciano, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alquil-CO₂R⁷, CO₂R⁸, CH₂SiC[tri-(C₁₋₆ alquilo)], fenilo no sustituido, o fenilo sustituido en forma independiente con 1 - 4 de los siguientes sustituyentes: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio o C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo; R⁶ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, ciano, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₃₋₆ cicloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alquil-CO₂R⁷, CO₂R⁷, CH₂OR⁸, CH₂NR⁹R¹⁰, CONR⁹R¹⁰, fenilo no sustituido, o fenilo sustituido en forma independiente con 1 - 4 de los siguientes sustituyentes: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio o C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo; R⁵ y R⁶ pueden estar unidos a un C adyacente para formar un anillo de tres miembros, un anillo de cuatro miembros, un anillo de cinco miembros o un anillo de seis miembros; R³ y R⁵ pueden estar unidos a un C adyacente para formar un anillo de cinco miembros o un anillo de seis miembros; R⁷ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₃₋₆ cicloalquilo, C₃₋₆ alquenilo, C₃₋₆ alquinilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ alquilcarboniloxi C₂₋₄ alquilo, C₂₋₆ alquenilcarboniloxi C₂₋₄ alquilo, di(C₁₋₆ alquil)amino C₂₋₄ alquilo, (C₁₋₆ alquil)amino C₂₋₄ alquilo, fenilo no sustituido, bencilo no sustituido, furfurilideno no sustituido, tiazometileno no sustituido, tetrahidrofuranmetileno no sustituido, piridinmetileno no sustituido, fenilo sustituido, bencilo sustituido, furfurilideno sustituido, tiazometileno sustituido, tetrahidrofuranmetileno sustituido o piridinmetileno sustituido, donde los sustituyentes se seleccionan en forma independiente entre 1 - 4 de los siguientes grupos: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio o C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo; R⁸ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquilcarbonilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilcarbonilo, C₃₋₆ cicloalquilcarbonilo, C₃₋₆ halocicloalquilcarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilsulfonilo, C₁₋₆ alquilaminosulfonilo, diC₁₋₆alquilaminosulfonilo, C₁₋₆ alquilaminocarbonilo, diC₁₋₆alquilaminocarbonilo, diC₁₋₆ alquilaminotiocarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio C₂₋₆ alquilcarbonilo, fenilo no sustituido, fenilo no sustituido C₁₋₂ alquilo, fenilo no sustituido C₂₋₄ alquenilo, fenilcarbonilo no sustituido, fenilo no sustituido C₁₋₂ alquilcarbonilo, fenoxi no sustituido-C₁₋₂ alquilcarbonilo, fenilo no sustituido C₂₋₄ alquenilcarbonilo, heteroarilo no sustituido, heteroarilo no sustituido C₁₋₂ alquilo y heteroarilcarbonilo no sustituido, fenilo sustituido, fenilo sustituido-C₁₋₂ alquilo, fenilo sustituido-C₂₋₄ alquenilo, fenilcarbonilo sustituido, fenilo sustituido-C₁₋₂ alquilcarbonilo, fenoxi sustituido-C₁₋₂ alquilcarbonilo, fenilo sustituido-C₂₋₄ alquenilcarbonilo, heteroarilo sustituido, heteroarilo sustituido C₁₋₂ alquilo o heteroarilcarbonilo sustituido, donde los sustituyentes se seleccionan en forma independiente entre 1 - 4 de los siguientes grupos: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi, C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonilo, C₁₋₆ alquiltio, C₁₋₆ alquilsulfonilo o fenoxi sustituido con 1 - 4 grupos seleccionados en forma independiente entre los siguientes: halógeno, CN, NO₂, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi o C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi; R⁹ y R¹⁰ se seleccionan respectivamente entre hidrógeno, C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxicarbonil-C₁₋₆ alquilo, SO₂NH (C₁₋₆ alquilo) o SO₂N (C₁₋₆ alquil)(C₁₋₆ alquilo); Q se selecciona entre cualquiera de los restos Q1 - Q13 del grupo de fórmulas (2); R¹¹ se selecciona entre C₁₋₆ alquilo o C₁₋₆ haloalquilo; R¹² se selecciona entre C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₁₋₆ haloalquilo, C₁₋₆ alcoxi o C₁₋₆ haloalcoxi; R¹³ se selecciona entre hidrógeno, halógeno, CN, NO₂ o C₁₋₆ alquilo; R¹⁴ se selecciona entre C₁₋₆ alquilo o C₁₋₆ haloalquilo; R¹⁵ se selecciona entre C₁₋₆ alquilo, C₃₋₆ cicloalquilo o C₁₋₆ haloalquilo; o una sal o un derivado aceptable para uso en agricultura del compuesto de la fórmula (1).
