Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método mediante el cual se construyen múltiples capas cerámicas enrollando filamentos cerámicos continuos de diferente composición para preparar estructuras multicapa transparentes de RF. En el método, se trenzan diferentes filamentos cerámicos continuos para construir capas con constantes dieléctricas específicas y recuento / espesor de trenzado. Las capas con características dieléctricas iguales o diferentes forman un diseño de tipo sándwich para cumplir con los requisitos mecánicos, térmicos y eléctricos deseados. Reivindicación 1: Un método para preparar estructuras cerámicas multicapa mediante fibras continuas de diferente composición, caracterizado porque comprende: trenzar diferentes fibras cerámicas continuas para construir capas con constantes dieléctricas específicas a través del recuento / espesor del trenzado, formar una estructura de múltiples capas con diferentes características dieléctricas como un sándwich para cumplir los requisitos mecánicos, térmicos y eléctricos deseados, aplicar infiltración de suspensiones sobre la estructura construida para llenar los espacios entre fibras.
