Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung Glasartikels mit einer oberflächennahen Druckspannungszone durch Wiederziehen einer Vorform mit rechteckigem Querschnitt. Die Vorform umfasst zumindest ein erstes und ein zweites Glas, wobei die beiden Gläser in der Vorform nicht kraftschlüssig miteinander verbunden sind. Das zweite Glas weist einen höheren thermischen Ausdehnungskoeffizienten auf als das erste Glas und befindet sich in der Vorform im Inneren des Glasrohres des ersten Glases. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Glaslaminat mit erhöhter Festigkeit, welches als ein zumindest dreilagiges Verbundmaterial aus zumindest zwei verschiedenen Gläsern aufgebaut ist. Die einzelnen Schichten des Schichtverbundes sind vollflächig und kraftschlüssig, insbesondere durch Verschmelzen, miteinander verbunden und das Glaslaminat weist eine thermisch stabile Druckspannungszone in oberflächennahen Bereichen des Schichtverbundes und eine Zugspannungszone im inneren Bereich des Schichtverbundes auf.
