Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un compuesto de fórmula (1) o una sal o N-óxido de este, donde R¹ se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo C₁₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₂-alquil C₁₋₂-, alquenilo C₂₋₄, haloalquilo C₁₋₄, ciano-alquilo C₁₋₄, haloalquenilo C₂₋₄, alquinilo C₂₋₄ y haloalquinilo C₂₋₄; R² se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₆, haloalcoxi C₁₋₃-alquil C₁₋₃-, alcoxi C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₃-alquil C₁₋₃-, alcoxi C₁₋₃-alcoxi C₁₋₃-alquil C₁₋₃-, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, haloalquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, hidroxialquil C₁₋₆-, alquilcarbonil C₁₋₆-, -S(O)ₘ-alquilo C₁₋₆, amino, alquilamino C₁₋₆, dialquilamino C₁₋₆, -C(alquil C₁₋₃)=N-O-alquilo C₁₋₃ y haloalquinilo C₂₋₆; G es hidrógeno o C(O)R³; R³ se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en alquilo C₁₋₆, alquenilo C₂₋₆, alquinilo C₂₋₆, alquil C₁₋₆-S-, alcoxi C₁₋₆, -NR⁴R⁵ y fenilo opcionalmente sustituido con uno o más R⁶; cada R⁴ y R⁵ se selecciona independientemente entre el grupo que consiste en hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆, y cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, o R⁴ y R⁵ juntos pueden formar un anillo de morfolinilo; y, R⁶ se selecciona entre el grupo que consiste en halógeno, ciano, nitro, alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃, alcoxi C₁₋₃ y haloalcoxi C₁₋₃; X e Y son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃, ciclopropilo, alcoxi C₁₋₃, haloalquilo C₁₋₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₃, o halógeno; D es un sistema anular de naftaleno sustituido o no sustituido, o un sistema anular heterocíclico saturado, parcialmente saturado o insaturado bicíclico de 8 - 10 miembros sustituido o no sustituido que contiene 1, 2, 3 ó 4 heteroátomos seleccionados independientemente entre oxígeno, nitrógeno y azufre, y en donde, cuando D está sustituido, está sustituido en al menos un átomo de carbono del anillo con R⁸ y/o en al menos un átomo de nitrógeno del anillo con R⁹; o un sistema anular seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste: en un anillo de fenilo, un anillo de heteroarilo de 5 - 6 miembros y un anillo de heterociclilo de 3 - 6 miembros, en donde dicho sistema anular está sustituido con 0 a 5 R¹⁶; m es un número entero de 0, 1 ó 2; cada R⁹ es independientemente alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, hidroxilo, alcoxi C₁₋₄, alquiltio C₁₋₄, cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₃-alquilo C₁₋₃, haloalcoxi C₁₋₃-alquil C₁₋₃-, alcoxi C₁₋₃-alcoxi C₁₋₃-alquil C₁₋₃-, hidroxialquil C₁₋₆-, -alquil C₁₋₃-S(O)ₘ-alquilo C₁₋₆, -alquil C₁₋₃-S(O)ₘ-haloalquilo C₁₋₆, -alquil C₁₋₃-S(O)ₘ-cicloalquilo C₃₋₆, ciano-alquil C₁₋₆-, o un sistema anular seleccionado entre el grupo que consiste en: un anillo de fenilo, un anillo de heteroarilo de 5-6 miembros y un anillo de heterociclilo de 3 - 6 miembros, en donde dicho sistema anular está sustituido con 0 a 5 R¹⁶; cada R¹⁶ es independientemente halógeno, ciano, alquilo C₁₋₆, haloalquilo C₁₋₆, alcoxi C₁₋₆ o haloalcoxi C₁₋₆; y, W es un compuesto del grupo de fórmulas (2), en donde “a” indica el punto de unión al resto fenilpiridazinona / fenilpiridazina, “b” indica el punto de unión al anillo D; R¹⁰, R¹², R¹⁴ y R¹⁵ son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃, o haloalquilo C₁₋₃; o R¹⁰ y R¹² junto con los átomos de carbono a los que están unidos forman un anillo carbocíclico C₃₋₆; y R¹¹ y R¹³ son cada uno independientemente hidrógeno, halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃, o haloalquilo C₁₋₃, con la condición de que cuando uno de R¹¹ o R¹³ es halógeno, alquilo C₁₋₃ o haloalquilo C₁₋₃, el otro es hidrógeno.
