Abstract
Procedimiento de detección automatizado (32) de materiales de tipo vitrocerámico de entre un calcín, que comprende las siguientes etapas: una etapa de detección del vitrocerámico (33) en un calcín (2), en el transcurso de la que se identifican en el calcín unos fragmentos asimilados a vitrocerámico, una etapa de obtención de una imagen digital resultante de la etapa anterior de detección del vitrocerámico, comprendiendo dicha imagen al menos un grupo de píxeles correspondiente a un fragmento asimilado a vitrocerámico, una etapa de procesamiento colorimétrico de la imagen (34) en el transcurso de la que se procesa al menos el grupo de píxeles de dicha imagen correspondiente a unos fragmentos asimilados a vitrocerámico por un módulo de procesamiento colorimétrico de imagen según un modelo RGB (7). También, un sistema de implementación de un procedimiento (32) de este tipo, así como una instalación de fabricación de vidrio que comprende un sistema de este tipo.
