Abstract

Se proporciona en el presente documento un polvo que comprende un virus atenuado vivo, una albúmina de suero humano recombinante (rHSA), un azúcar diferente de lactosa, un alditol, una fuente de fosfato, una fuente de cloruro, en el que la composición está sustancialmente exenta de lactosa, gelatina, antibiótico, y aminoácidos libres. En aspectos ilustrativos, el polvo es un liofilizado de una composición líquida. También se proporciona en el presente documento composiciones líquidas relacionadas, métodos para preparar un virus oncolítico para su administración y métodos para tratar el melanoma.
