Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Una composición plaguicida de coemulsión de aceite en aceite caracterizada porque comprende: (a) una fase continua oleosa que comprende un primer líquido no acuoso; (b) una primera fase dispersa emulsionada en la fase continua oleosa, en donde la primera fase dispersa comprende un segundo líquido no acuoso e ingrediente activo plaguicida disuelto en el segundo líquido no acuoso; (c) una segunda fase dispersa emulsionada en la fase continua oleosa, en donde la segunda fase dispersa comprende un tercer líquido no acuoso y un ingrediente activo plaguicida de fase sólida está dispersado en el tercer líquido no acuoso; (d) un modificador de la reología; (e) un agente emulsionante; y (f) un agente de dispersión, en donde el agente de dispersión es insoluble en el primer líquido no acuoso, y en donde el primer líquido no acuoso, el segundo líquido no acuoso y el tercer líquido no acuoso son diferentes y son sustancialmente inmiscibles entre sí. Reivindicación 3: La composición de la reivindicación 1 ó 2 caracterizada porque el primer líquido no acuoso se selecciona del grupo que consiste en líquidos a base de hidrocarburos, aceites vegetales, aceites de silicona, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 4: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 3 caracterizada porque el segundo líquido no acuoso se selecciona del grupo que consiste en ingredientes activos plaguicidas oleosos, aceites vegetales, aceites de ésteres, aceites de amidas, aceites aromáticos, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 5: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 4 caracterizada porque el tercer líquido no acuoso se selecciona del grupo que consiste en aceites de silicona, líquidos a base de hidrocarburos, aceites vegetales, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 10: La composición de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones 1 a 9 caracterizada porque el ingrediente activo plaguicida de fase sólida comprende al menos un herbicida de fase sólida que se selecciona del grupo que consiste en inhibidores de hidroxifenilpiruvato dioxigenasa (HPPD), herbicidas de auxina, inhibidores de protoporfirinógeno oxidasa (PPO), glifosato, glufosinato, y sales de los mismos. Reivindicación 20: Un proceso para preparar una composición herbicida caracterizado porque comprende: mezclar un líquido no acuoso, un herbicida de fase sólida, y un herbicida de acetamida para formar la composición herbicida que comprende una fase continua oleosa que comprende el líquido no acuoso y el herbicida de acetamida, y una fase dispersa que comprende el herbicida de fase sólida, en donde la relación en peso del líquido no acuoso al herbicida de acetamida es al menos aproximadamente 1:1, al menos aproximadamente 1,1:1, al menos aproximadamente 1,2:1, al menos aproximadamente 1,3:1, al menos aproximadamente 1,4:1, o al menos aproximadamente 1,5:1. Reivindicación 21: Un proceso para preparar una composición herbicida caracterizado porque comprende: mezclar un herbicida de acetamida y un herbicida de auxina para formar una primera mezcla, en donde el herbicida de auxina se disuelve al menos parcialmente en el herbicida de acetamida; mezclar un líquido no acuoso y un herbicida de fase sólida para formar una segunda mezcla; y mezclar la primera mezcla con la segunda mezcla para formar la composición herbicida que comprende una fase continua oleosa que comprende el líquido no acuoso, una primera fase uniformemente dispersa que comprende el herbicida de acetamida y el herbicida de auxina que se disuelve al menos parcialmente en el herbicida de acetamida y una segunda fase uniformemente dispersa que comprende un herbicida de fase sólida.
