Abstract

Se describe un fermentador que comprende uno o más inyectores de dos fases para abastecer de oxígeno para la fermentación y un bucle de circulación, que hace circular el caldo de fermentación y que suministra líquido para los inyectores de dos fases. Se describe asimismo una planta de fermentación que comprende uno o más fermentadores de la presente y servicios para los fermentadores. También se da a conocer el uso de los fermentadores para la producción de un producto de la fermentación tal como una enzima.
