Abstract

Una máquina para moldear una preforma inicialmente cilíndrica tubular 1 para formar una forma redonda en el registro con decoración superficial impresa o aplicada de manera similar o similares en la preforma, comprende: un transportador (3, Fig. 3) para transportar una serie de las preformas; una mesa de herramientas 6 que tiene una pluralidad de estaciones de herramientas 7, 9 entre cual las preformas son transportadas por el movimiento indexado del transportador, la mesa de herramientas se puede mover en forma oscilante a lo largo de un eje hacia y lejos del transportador, para llevar las herramientas de formación 11 en las estaciones de herramientas dentro y fuera del acoplamiento operativo con las preformas; una herramienta de moldeado registrado 11 en al menos una de las estaciones de herramientas dispuestas operativamente para deformar las preformas a una forma ovalada; al menos un sensor 118, 124, (128, 126, 130, 132) dispuesto operativamente para determinar la orientación angular de cada preforma en un plano normal al eje de oscilación; al menos un accionador de reorientación (A1, A2, B1, B2, C, D, E), F1, F2, G dispuesto operativamente para hacer que la rotación relativa entre cada preforma y la herramienta de moldeado registrado, por la cual la herramienta de moldeado registrado y las preformas se llevan en una orientación angular relativa predeterminada alrededor de un eje de la preforma en la estación de la herramienta de moldeado registrado; la rotación relativa con respecto a una preforma dada que tiene lugar durante una pluralidad de oscilaciones de la mesa de herramientas y/o movimientos de indexación del transportador. También se describen herramientas de grabado en alto relieve/bajo relieve (Figs. 8a - 23).
