Abstract

Método para la preparación de un suplemento a partir de cultivos de células mesenquimales de gelatina de Wharton que comprende factores que favorecen el crecimiento de cultivos de células del sistema cutáneo, in vitro, así como a métodos de elaboración de equivalentes epidérmicos, dérmicos o cutáneos usando dicho suplemento. Asimismo, se refiere al empleo de dicho suplemento para hacer proliferar y activar fibroblastos autólogos para su posterior aplicación intradérmica.
