Abstract

La presente se refiere a un dispositivo para la introducción de un implante (1) en vasos sanguíneos u órganos huecos del cuerpo humano o animal, que comprende un implante (1), un alambre de inserción (14) y un tubo de desprendimiento (13), en el que el implante (1) se puede deformar de manera que, en un microcatéter (8), adopta una forma con diámetro disminuido y en el lugar de la implantación se expande después de la eliminación de la fuerza exterior por parte del microcatéter (8) con adaptación al diámetro del vaso sanguíneo u órgano hueco, en el que en el alambre de inserción (14) está dispuesto un elemento de sujeción (2) y el elemento de sujeción (2) dispone periféricamente de al menos una, preferiblemente varias ranuras (3) encastradas en el elemento de sujeción (2), que discurren sobre la circunferencia del elemento de sujeción (2) y configuran vías en forma de línea curva, en el que el implante (1) presenta en el extremo proximal al menos uno, preferiblemente varios alambres de sujeción (5) que se extienden en la dirección proximal y que están acomodados en las ranuras (3), en el que el tubo de desprendimiento (13) se arrastra en arrastre de forma sobre el elemento de sujeción (2) y los alambres de sujeción (5) acomodados en las ranuras (3), de modo que los alambres de sujeción (5) se sujetan mediante cierre por fricción en las ranuras (3) y mediante la retracción del tubo de desprendimiento (13) en la dirección proximal se produce una liberación del implante (1). Según una forma de realización alternativa, la invención se refiere a un dispositivo para la introducción de un implante (1), en el que el tubo de desprendimiento (13) se adentra en el extremo proximal del implante (1), en el que una superficie de contacto elástica está presente entre el lado interior del implante (1) y el lado exterior del tubo de desprendimiento (13), de modo que se proporciona un cierre por fricción entre el implante (1) y tubo de desprendimiento (13), que posibilita una capacidad de desplazamiento longitudinal del implante (1) dentro del microcatéter (8) mediante el movimiento longitudinal del tubo de desprendimiento (13) de forma distal o proximal.
