Abstract

Un método para preparar una bacteria del género Sphingomonas que comprende una mutación en los genes gelR o dpsR del conjunto de genes biosintéticos de polisacáridos sphingan, que comprende: aislar un segmento de ADN genómico de una primera bacteria del género Sphingomonas, donde el segmento comprende la totalidad o una parte del gen gelR o del gen dpsR del conjunto de genes biosintéticos de polisacáridos sphingan; inducir una mutación en el segmento para formar un segmento mutado; introducir el segmento mutado en una segunda bacteria del género Sphingomonas, donde la segunda bacteria comprende genes gelR o dpsR de tipo salvaje del conjunto de genes biosintéticos de polisacáridos sphingan; aislar una progenie de la segunda bacteria en cuyo genoma se ha integrado el segmento mutado y se ha reemplazado el gelR o el gen dpsR de tipo salvaje del conjunto de genes biosintéticos de polisacáridos sphingan de la segunda bacteria.
