Abstract

Sistema de frenado de vehículo sobre carril que incluye una plataforma que une un primer y un segundo eje de un bogie, al menos un patín de freno suspendido de la plataforma por encima de un carril. Dicho patín de freno tiene dos posiciones bien diferenciadas: una posición alta situada a una distancia constante del carril, y una posición baja de frenado en contacto con el carril. Incluye, asimismo, medios de control que pueden desplazar el patín de freno entre la posición alta y la posición baja de frenado y eventualmente a la inversa.
