Abstract

La presente incluye métodos para obtener muestras de tejido materno a partir de semillas, obtener material genético a partir del tejido materno de la semilla, y realizar un análisis molecular del material genético del tejido materno de la semilla para determinar el linaje materno de una sola semilla. Incluye, además, métodos para establecer un genotipo materno consenso a partir de tejidos maternos de semillas obtenidos a partir de múltiples semillas así como también métodos para determinar el linaje paterno. Reivindicación 1: Un método para determinar el linaje materno de una o más semillas, el método comprende: (a) recolectar tejido materno de la semilla de la una o más semillas; (b) lavar el tejido materno de la semilla; (c) disociar y homogeneizar el tejido materno de la semilla para obtener una solución homogénea; (d) centrifugar la solución homogénea obtenida en la etapa (c) para obtener el sobrenadante; y (e) realizar un análisis molecular del material genético en el sobrenadante.
