Abstract

La presente se refiere a un método para preparar un polvo para bebidas con espuma, el método comprende: proveer un polvo poroso para bebidas; calentar el polvo poroso para bebidas a una temperatura por debajo de su temperatura de transición de vidrio en una atmósfera que contiene gas ;aumentar la presión de la atmósfera que contiene gas para elevar de este modo la temperatura del polvo poroso para bebidas a una temperatura por encima de su temperatura de transición de vidrio; y luego disminuir la presión de la atmósfera que contiene gas para bajar de este modo la temperatura del polvo poroso para bebidas a una temperatura por debajo de su temperatura de transición de vidrio. Reivindicación 2: El método de acuerdo con la reivindicación 1, caracterizado porque el polvo poroso para bebida es seleccionado entre café soluble, chocolate caliente, maltodextrina, té, crema en polvo y leche en polvo.
