Abstract

Se va a transmitir información de alerta de emergencia en forma apropiada mediante servicios de difusión. El aparato de transmisión transmite la señal y el mensaje con una estructura de paquete de una capa física. Incluso un aparato receptor simple y económico que tiene solamente una antena receptora de transmisión y un demodulador pueden recibir el mensaje de la información de alerta de emergencia. Una dirección de evacuación y un mapa o ruta a un refugio de emergencia pueden ser indicados por tableros de señalización digital o por faroles, y las personas pueden obtener información de las rutas de evacuación con el uso de los faroles.
