Abstract
Se va a transmitir información de alerta de emergencia en forma apropiada mediante servicios de difusión. Un aparato de transmisión (una estación de transmisión) inserta un identificador de arranque en una señal de la información de alerta de emergencia, y escribe un tamaño del desastre (categoría), un tipo de desastre, un tiempo de ocurrencia del desastre, un sitio de ocurrencia del desastre, la información de la versión, y similar como un mensaje de la información de alerta de emergencia. El aparato de transmisión transmite la señal y el mensaje con una estructura de paquete de una capa física. Incluso un aparato receptor simple y económico que tiene solamente una antena receptora de transmisión y un demodulador pueden recibir el mensaje de la información de alerta de emergencia. Una dirección de evacuación y un mapa o ruta a un refugio de emergencia pueden ser indicados por tableros de señalización digital o por faroles, y las personas pueden obtener información de las rutas de evacuación con el uso de los faroles.
