Abstract

La presente se refiere a un cubo de rueda para eje de vehículos usado en camiones, autobuses, remolques y semirremolques, que consiste en un cuerpo cilíndrico central, donde dicho cuerpo central está rodeado por una pluralidad de proyecciones radiales que se extienden verticalmente desde la región mediana de dicho cuerpo central, que están estructuradas por costillas integradas con dichas proyecciones proveyendo en robustez, reducción de peso y reducción de transferencia de calor desde el freno a las cubiertas.
