Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un accionamiento de lanza rotatorio para la rotación de una lanza para la inyección de gas y reactivos en polvo en metal fundido, donde el accionamiento de lanza rotatorio comprende: un soporte principal que tiene una caja de soporte y un par de apoyos rotatorios dispuestos externos a la caja de soporte, respectivamente adyacentes a un extremo superior y un extremo inferior de la caja de soporte; un eje hueco que se extiende de manera vertical a través de la caja de soporte y soportado por el par de apoyos rotatorios para la rotación alrededor de un eje vertical; un motor de accionamiento conectado de manera accionable al eje hueco, donde el motor de accionamiento es operable para rotar el eje hueco alrededor del eje vertical; un montaje de lanza rígidamente conectado al eje hueco para la rotación con el eje hueco, donde el montaje de lanza está configurado para permitir el sostén removible de una lanza por el montaje de lanza para la rotación con el montaje de lanza; una cañería de transporte que se extiende de manera vertical a través del eje hueco hacia el interior del montaje de lanza, donde un extremo inferior de la cañería de transporte es capaz de conectarse a una lanza sostenida por el montaje de lanza; y un acoplamiento de eslabón giratorio que recibe un extremo superior de la cañería de transporte, donde el acoplamiento de eslabón giratorio permite la conexión de una manguera de suministro de reactivo flexible, a la cañería de transporte, y permite la rotación relativa entre la cañería de transporte y la manguera de suministro. Reivindicación 9: Un método de inyección de un reactivo en un baño de metal fundido, donde el método comprende las etapas de: el sumergido de una porción de una lanza de inyección en el metal fundido, donde la porción sumergida incluye por lo menos un punto de descarga de reactivo; la rotación de la lanza alrededor de uno de sus ejes longitudinales en una primera dirección rotacional a través de un primer ángulo inferior a 360 grados; la rotación de la lanza alrededor del eje longitudinal en una segunda dirección rotacional opuesta a la primera dirección rotacional a través de un segundo ángulo inferior o igual en magnitud al primer ángulo; la descarga de reactivo a través de por lo menos un puerto de reactivo mientras la lanza rota.
