Abstract
Hilo pre-impregnado que consiste en un paquete hecho de filamentos de fibra reforzante, donde los filamentos de fibra están impregnados con 0,1 a 4% en peso de una primera composición de resina y al menos están parcialmente conectados vía la primera composición de resina, y donde la primera composición de resina contiene al menos una resina H1 de uretano producida a partir de una reacción de un compuesto de epoxi aromático bifuncional con base en bisfenol A, un poliisocianato aromático, y un glicol de polialquileno, y una resina de bisfenol A oxialquilado H2, donde H1 y H2 están presentes en una relación de peso de 1 a 15 y la mezcla de resinas H1 y H2 a temperatura ambiente tiene una viscosidad de 10 a 10.000 Pa s. El hilo pre-impregnado tiene una segunda composición de resina en el paquete de la lado exterior, en la forma de partículas adhesivas o gotas que son sólidas a temperatura ambiente, que tiene una temperatura de fusión en el rango de 80 a 150ºC y está presente en el paquete del lado exterior en una concentración de 0,5 a 14% en peso. Al menos 40% de la superficie del paquete del lado exterior, y el paquete interior, están libres de la segunda composición de resina.
