Abstract
La presente se refiere a composiciones de escudos semiconductores para cables de energía eléctrica que tienen un sistema de polímeros de base, nano talco y negro de carbón. También se refiere a dichas composiciones de escudos semiconductores y al uso de estas composiciones de escudos semiconductores para fabricar escudos semiconductores para usar en cables eléctricos, cables eléctricos fabricados de estas composiciones y métodos para realizar cables eléctricos de esas composiciones de escudos semiconductores. Las composiciones de escudos semiconductores de la presente pueden usarse como escudos dieléctricos semiconductores removibles (también denominados escudos de núcleo, materiales de pantalla de núcleo y pantalla dieléctrica) en cables de energía con aislamiento polimérico reticulado, principalmente con cables de voltaje medio que tienen un voltaje de alrededor de 5 kV hasta alrededor de 100 kV, preferentemente hasta alrededor de 35 kV. Reivindicación 20: El cable de la reivindicación 18, caracterizado porque el escudo semiconductor removible contiene además un auxiliar de proceso, un antioxidante, un relleno y/o un agente de reticulación.
