Abstract
Un método y un artefacto para la eliminación de sulfato, calcio y/o metales solubles del agua residual, cuyo método incluye las siguientes fases a) una fase de precipitación del yeso, b) una fase de precipitación de etringita, c) una primera fase de separación, d) una fase de neutralización, y e) una segunda fase de separación con el fin de obtener agua con bajo contenido de sulfato, calcio y/o metales solubles. El agua residual es agua de proceso, efluente o agua que contiene sulfato, como por ejemplo agua de mina, agua reciclada de un concentrador o agua de descarga de un concentrador.
