Abstract

Se forman microporos que penetran en una placa vibratoria 12 en la dirección de su espesor, en donde la placa vibratoria 12 atomiza una solución por vibración de un vibrador piezoeléctrico 11 que genera vibración ultrasónica cuando se aplica corriente. Además, el tiempo de pulverización y el tiempo de intervalo de pulverización se controlan encendiendo o apagando la corriente aplicada al vibrador piezoeléctrico 11, de modo tal que un valor de [50% de diámetro de partícula de partículas de pulverización en distribución de volumen acumulativo] x ([tiempo de pulverización] / [tiempo de intervalo de pulverización]) es de 0,2 a 2,5 mm.
