Abstract
La presente se refiere a una mezcla que comprende un ligante mineral (a) y al menos un polímero superabsorbente -PSA- (b), para mejorar las características de aislamiento térmico de un producto endurecido destinado a la construcción, mediante disminución de su conductividad térmica l (W.m⁻¹.K⁻¹), siendo este producto endurecido obtenido a partir de una composición seca o de una formulación húmeda que comprende esta mezcla. La composición seca, la formulación húmeda obtenida mediante mezclado con agua de esta composición seca, los procedimientos de preparación de esta composición seca y de la formulación húmeda correspondiente, los productos de la construcción endurecidos obtenidos a partir de la formulación húmeda y las labores realizadas con estos productos son otros objetos de la presente. Reivindicación 4: Un procedimiento de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el ligante hidráulico (a) de la composición se selecciona del grupo que comprende: (i) los ligantes minerales que no comprenden fuente(s) de iones de aluminio, preferiblemente entre los cementos de portland y/o entre unos cementos de escoria, unos cementos geopoliméricos, unas puzolanas naturales, unas cenizas volantes, unos cementos supersulfatados, los sulfatos de calcio (yeso, hemihidrato y/o anhidrita), las cales (viva, apagada y/o hidráulica), y/o los silicatos de potasio, sodio y/o litio; (ii) los ligantes minerales que comprenden una o varias fuentes de iones de aluminio: preferiblemente entre los cementos a base de aluminato de calcio (CAC) y/o a base de sulfo-aluminato de calcio (CSA) y/o los ligantes de alto contenido en fases de cementos ricos en alúmina; y más preferiblemente aún entre los ligantes hidráulicos que comprende: al menos una fase selecciona entre C₃A, CA, C₁₂A₇, C₁₁A₇CaF₂, C₄A₃$ (yeelimita), C₂A₍₁₋ˣ₎Fˣ (con C ® CaO; A ® Al₂O₃; F ® Fe₂O₃ y x que pertenece a [0, 1]), unas fases amorfas hidráulicas que presentan una relación C/A comprendido entre 0,3 y 15, siendo estos ligantes hidráulicos tales que las cantidades acumuladas en Al₂O₃ de estas fases sean preferiblemente comprendidas entre: 3 y 70% en peso del peso total del ligante hidráulico; o preferiblemente entre 7 y 50% en peso; y mejor entre 20 y 30% en peso. Reivindicación 6: Un procedimiento de acuerdo con las reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizado porque el PSA (b) se selecciona del grupo que comprende, o mejor aún que está constituido por: los poliacrilatos de sodio reticulados; los copolímeros reticulados de acrilamida y de acrilato de sodio; los copolímeros reticulados de acrilato de sodio o de acrilamida y de un compuesto que comprende al menos un grupo de tipo sulfónico y/o fosfónico; los copolímeros reticulados de almidón y de acrilonitrilo hidrolizados; los copolímeros reticulados de anhídrido maleico y de etileno; las carboximetilcelulosas reticuladas; el óxido polietilénico reticulado; y/o los polímeros a base de alcohol polivinílico injertados por ácido fosfórico; y sus mezclas.
