Abstract

La presente se refiere a un recubrimiento de (Al,Ti)N que muestra por lo menos dos porciones diferentes de recubrimiento, A y B, que tiene tamaño del grano en el orden de magnitud nanométrica caracterizado porque la porción de recubrimiento A exhiben un mayor tamaño del grano y módulo elástico más alto que la porción de recubrimiento B. La presente se refiere también a un método para recubrir un sustrato con un recubrimiento como se describió con anterioridad por el cual por lo menos la porción de recubrimiento A y/o la porción de recubrimiento B del recubrimiento de (Al,Ti)N se deposita(n) por medio de técnicas de PVD.
