Abstract
Recipiente para el cultivo in vitro de material vegetal, por inmersión temporal, y dicho recipiente (1) comprende, por una parte, una cámara superior (3), destinada a contener dicho material vegetal (M) por cultivar, y una cámara inferior (4), destinada a contener un líquido nutritivo (L) y, por otra parte, medios (5) para la transferencia temporal de al menos una parte de dicho líquido nutritivo (L) desde dicha cámara inferior (4) hasta dicha cámara superior (3). De acuerdo con la presente, la cara inferior (3c) de la cámara superior (3) destinada a llevar el material vegetal, presenta una superficie horizontal (S) comprendida entre 0,02 y 0,07 m2; y la cara lateral (3a) de la cámara superior (3) presenta una altura (H) comprendida entre 40 y 130 mm..
