Abstract
La presente se refiere a un proceso para la preparación de partículas de pigmentos autoaglutinantes a partir de una suspensión acuosa de material de pigmento mineral que tiene un contenido de sólidos de 45 a 80% en peso, sobre la base del peso total de la suspensión.Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para la preparación de partículas de pigmentos autoaglutinantes, que comprende las siguientes etapas: a) la provisión de una suspensión de material de pigmento mineral acuosa; b) la provisión de por lo menos un aglutinante polimérico, donde el aglutinante comprende por lo menos una carboximetilcelulosa que tiene un grado de carboxilación en el rango de 0,4 a 2,0, y que tiene una viscosidad intrínseca en el rango de 3 a 300 ml/g; c) la mezcla del aglutinante de la etapa b) con la suspensión de material de pigmento mineral acuosa de la etapa a); y el ajuste del contenido de sólidos de la suspensión obtenida de modo de encontrarse en desde 45 hasta 80% en peso, sobre la base del peso total de la suspensión; d) la molienda de la suspensión de material mineral acuosa de la etapa c).
