Abstract
Un proceso para la fabricación de pozzolano sintético con propiedades de color deseable. El material de alimentación se seca, muele y precalienta en una trituradora de secado. El material seco molido se recoge y alimentado en un horno (“calciner”) donde se calienta para convertirse en pozzolano sintético. Luego el pozzolano sintético es alimentado en un refrigerante donde se lo mantiene durante al menos una porción del paso de enfriado en una atmósfera reductora.Reivindicación 15: Un sistema para la producción de una puzolana sintética con propiedades deseables de color, caracterizado porque comprende un horno de calcinación para el tratamiento térmico de una materia prima triturada hasta su temperatura de activación para de este modo convertirla en una puzolana sintética; medios para la recolección de la puzolana sintética del horno de calcinación; una enfriadora para la recepción y el enfriamiento de la puzolana sintética desde su temperatura de activación hasta la temperatura de estabilización de color de la puzolana, y medios para mantener al menos una porción del enfriador en condiciones reductoras.
