Abstract

Método para fabricar pedazos de bocadillos asimétricos que pueden ser eficientemente almacenados o apilados. Una masa preformada es juntada con un molde mientras la preforma es cocinada dentro del pedazo de bocadillo. La preforma toma la forma del molde. El molde es diseñado de tal modo que el pedazo de bocadillo resultante, cuando descansa sobre una superficie plana, tiene un ápice y una base de igual altura. Esto se logra haciendo el molde de tal modo que la parte centroide del pedazo de bocadillo permanezca en un plano que es paralelo al plano formado por los vértices del pedazo de bocadillo. Los pedazos de bocadillos pueden entonces ser eficientemente almacenados o apilados.Reivindicación 10: Una pieza de snack apilable simétrica que tenga un eje de curvatura que comprenda: un centroide, de modo tal que cuando dicha pieza de snack descanse en dicho centroide sobre una superficie plana, dicha superficie plana defina un primer plano; y una pluralidad de vértices, definiendo dichos vértices a un segundo plano, en donde dicho segundo plano es sustancialmente paralelo a dicho primer plano.
