Abstract
La presente solicitud se relaciona con un proceso de Fischer-Tropsch mejorado para la síntesis de combustibles de hidrocarburos libres de azufre, de combustión limpia, crudos, ejemplos de los cuales incluyen, diesel de síntesis y combustible de aviación. La nafta se destruye en un generador de hidrógeno y se recircula como materia prima a un reactor de gas de síntesis (FT), para mejorar la producción del diesel de síntesis del reactor. Una variación adicional integra un segundo generador de hidrógeno que captura gas de hidrocarburos ligeros para la conversión a hidrogeno y monóxido de carbono, el cual suplementa al reactor de Fischer-Tropsch. El resultado es un aumento considerable en el volumen del diesel de síntesis formulado. También se caracteriza en la especificación, un sistema para efectuar el proceso.
