Abstract
Un componente de union que se forma a partir de material laminado que está configurado para conectar una pared a un techo curvo de una estructura de construccion. Reivindicacion 1: Un sistema para formar un componente de union para conectar una pared a un techo curvo de una estructura de construccion, caracterizado porque comprende: A una estructura de soporte; B un conjunto de corte soportado por la estructura de soporte configurada para recibir el material laminado donde una plano del material laminado está orientado en una orientacion sustancialmente vertical, el conjunto de corte incluye una cortadora para cortar el material laminado, la cortadora tiene guías para soportar las primeras y segundas porciones de material laminado en la orientacion sustancialmente vertical, las guías que dirigen la primera porcion del material laminado en una primera direccion y la segunda porcion de material laminado la dirigen en una segunda direccion diferente de la primera direccion; y C un conjunto de formacion soportado por la estructura de soporte, el conjunto de formacion está configurado para recibir el material laminado desde el conjunto de corte y comprende: (i) un marco, y (ii) multiples rodillos soportados por el marco, los multiples rodillos están dispuestos para impactar la primera porcion del material laminado y cambiar una forma en corte transversal de la primera porcion del material laminado a medida que la primera porcion de material laminado pasa a lo largo de los multiples rodillos en la direccion de alimentacion para formar un componente de union, el componente de union tiene una pluralidad de segmentos en corte transversal en un plano perpendicular a la direccion de alimentacion que incluye un primer segmento plano en corte transversal y un segundo segmento que se extiende en forma perpendicular en corte transversal desde el primer segmento.
