Abstract

Un sistema de acuerdo con algunas formas de realizacion de la invencion incluye: (1) un componente (por ejemplo la ANDSF) que provee una regla de seleccion de celda a un UE; y (2) un componente (por ejemplo un nodo de acceso) que provee al UE informacion acerca de la carga de la celda que utiliza actualmente. Esto posibilita que el UE determine si debe abandonar la celda, que puede ser una celda 3GPP, y usar una celda diferente, que puede ser una celda no 3GPP, aplicando la regla de seleccion de celda conjuntamente con su conocimiento acerca de la carga de la celda.
