Abstract

Un método para limpiar un reactor que incluye hacer circular un fluido dentro del mismo, bombear el fluido desde el reactor hacia una admision de un limpiador de tanques, y separar los solidos del fluido para producir un fluido limpio. El método también incluye transferir el fluido limpio al reactor y transferir neumáticamente los solidos ya separados a un recipiente presurizado. También se describe un método para transferir material granulado agotado que incluye proveer un sistema de vacío dispuesto en un sitio de extraccion de hidrocarburos para extraer el material agotado de un reactor, transferir el material agotado a través del sistema de vacío a un recipiente presurizado, y transportar neumáticamente el material agotado desde el recipiente presurizado a un segundo recipiente presurizado.
