Abstract

Polinucleotidos que son capaces de modificar el rendimiento de una planta transformada para contener dichos polinucleotidos. También métodos de uso de dichos polinucleotidos y plantas transgénicas y productos agrícolas, que incluyen semillas, que contienen dichos polinucleotidos como transgenes. Reivindicacion 2: La planta transgénica de acuerdo con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el polipéptido de NF-YB comprende, en orden, i) un dominio N-terminal derivado de un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de Physcomitrella patens, un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta dicotiledonea, o un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta monocotiledonea; ii) un dominio conservado central derivado de un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de Physcomitrella patens, un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta dicotiledonea, o un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta monocotiledonea; y iii) un dominio C-terminal derivado de un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de Physcomitrella patens, un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta dicotiledonea o un factor de transcripcion de NF-YB de planta monocotiledonea.
