Reivindicacion 1: Un compuesto de la formula (1) o (2) en donde R1 es H, alquilo C1-4, -R25-O-R20, -R25-C(O)-O-R20, -R25-C(O)NHS(O)2R20, -R25-heterociclilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, -R25-cicloalquilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido-R25-heteroarilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, -R25-arilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, en donde el heterociclilo, cicloalquilo, el arilo y el heteroarilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con 1, 2 o 3 sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halo, hidroxilo, alquilo, -R25-C(O)-O-R20, -R25-S(O)2-R20, alcoxi inferior, -CF3, -CN, amino, -NO2, mono- o dialquilamino y heteroarilo; R2 y R5 están cada uno seleccionados, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en H, alquilo C1-4, halo, CN, -CF3, -O-R20, -S-R20, -C(O)-O-R20, -C(O)-N(R20)(R22), y -P(O)(OR20)2; R3 y R4 son H; R7 es alquilo C1-4 o cicloalquilo; Ra están cada uno seleccionados, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en alquilo C1-4, halo, CN, -NO2, CF3, -O-R20, -S-R20, -C(O)-O-R20, -C(O)-N(R20)(R22), -N(R20)(R22), -N(R20)-C(O)(R22), -P(O)(OR20)2, -R25-heteroarilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, -R25-arilo monocíclico opcionalmente sustituido; en donde el arilo y el heteroarilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno, dos o tres sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halo, hidroxilo, alquilo, mono- o dialquilamino, alquilo o arilo o heteroarilamida, -CN, alcoxi inferior, -CF3, arilo y heteroarilo; n es 0, 1, 2 o 3; R20 y R22 están seleccionados en cada instancia, de modo independiente, del grupo que consiste en hidrogeno, alquilo C1-15, alquenilo C2-15, alquinilo C2-15, heterociclilo, arilo y heteroarilo, en donde el alquilo, el alquenilo, el alquinilo, el heterociclilo, el arilo y el heteroarilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno, dos o tres sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente de halo, hidroxilo, alquilo, mono- o dialquilamino, alquilo o arilo o heteroarilamida, -CN, alcoxi inferior, -CF3, arilo y heteroarilo; R25 es, en cada instancia, de modo independiente, un enlace covalente o está seleccionado de aiquileno C1-3 opcionalmente sustituido con uno o dos grupos alquilo C1-3; con la condicion de que, cuando los compuestos tienen la estructura do la formula (1) y R7 es alquilo C1-4 y; 1) R1 es CH2COOH, heteroarilo o bencilo halosustituido, entonces no todos los R2-R5 pueden ser hidrogeno; 2) R1 es CH(CH3)COOCH2CH3, entonces al menos uno de n o m no es 0; 3) R1 es hidrogeno o metilo, entonces a) al menos uno de Ra y Rb es -OR26 donde R26 es heterociclilo, arilo o heteroarilo, en donde el heterociclilo, el arilo y el heteroarilo están opcionalmente sustituidos con uno, dos o tres sustituyentes seleccionados, de modo independiente, de halo, hidroxilo, alquilo, mono- o dialquilamino, alquilo o arilo o heteroarilamida, -CN, alcoxi inferior, -CF3, arilo y heteroarilo; y b) cuando n es 1 y Ra es fenoxi no sustituido, entonces Ra no está unido a la posicion meta o una de sus sales, éteres, profármacos o solvatos farmacéuticamente aceptables.
