Abstract

Dispositivo para la preparacion, exposicion y venta de productos alimenticios térmicamente tratados, y método de lavado y sanitizacion de dicho dispositivo. Comprende por lo menos un recipiente cilíndrico (1) no removible, dentro del cual aloja, selectivamente removible, un medio impulsor (10) accionado en rotacion por un eje motor (3), y por lo menos una serpentina rodeando externamente la superficie externa del recipiente dentro de la cual circula un fluido para tratamiento térmico. El dispositivo comprende por lo menos un drenaje (4), axialmente dispuesto dentro del eje motor (3), empleado para eliminar el fluido de lavado del mismo. Cuando el medio impulsor (10) es montado dentro del recipiente cilíndrico (1), el drenaje (4) es obstruido por el vástago (11) del medio impulsor, permitiendo las operaciones de preparacion, exposicion y venta. Cuando el medio impulsor (10) es retirado del dispositivo, el drenaje (4) se halla en comunicacion fluídica con el recipiente cilíndrico (1) a través de una abertura (5), permitiendo el drenaje del fluido empleado durante las operaciones de lavado y sanitizacion del dispositivo.
