Abstract
Se provee un dispositivo microfluídico que incluye; una cámara de muestra; al menos una unidad de análisis que recibe una muestra de la cámara de muestra y detecta componentes contenidos en la muestra de acuerdo con una reaccion entre la muestra y un reactivo; y una cámara de deteccion de desnaturalizacion que determina la condicion de almacenamiento del dispositivo microfluídico, en donde la cámara de deteccion de desnaturalizacion acomoda un material cuya absorcion de luz cambia de acuerdo con la temperatura y/o su contenido de agua.
