Abstract

Columna de reaccion para la deteccion y/o determinacion colorimétrica de cationes metálicos en solucion, mediante formacion de complejos con un reactivo seleccionado de difenilcarbazida y difeniltiocarbazona. La columna comprende al menos una zona de circulacion de la solucion a ser analizada, que contiene dicho reactivo inmovilizado en un soporte inerte que comprende una resina polimérica. Celdas de flujo para un dispositivo espectrofotométrico que comprende en forma físicamente integrada a dicha columna de reaccion. Método de deteccion y/o determinacion de cationes metálicos en solucion que emplea dicha columna de reaccion o dicha celda de flujo.
