Abstract

Montajes de troquel con alta capacidad de extrusion (20, 90, 130, 140, 180, 252) cada uno con secciones tubulares (44, 146, 162, 268) y una seccion de tornillo alargada que gira en forma axial, con filetes salientes helicoidales (56, 56a, 152, 168, 276, 278) que permite el uso de placas de troquel mayores (76, 118, 292) con un incrementado numero de aberturas de troquel (80, 124, 296). Esto permite significantes aumentos en la velocidad de produccion de extrusion. Los montajes de troquel (20, 90, 130, 140, 180, 252) pueden utilizarse en la produccion de un gran numero de alimentos para humanos y animales, y en particular alimentos acuáticos de la variedad flotante o sumergible.
