Abstract
Se provee un aparato microfluídico que incluye: una estructura microfluídica para proveer espacios para recibir un fluido y formar canales a través de los cuales fluye el fluido y válvulas para controlar el flujo de fluido a través de los canales en el aparato microfluídico. La estructura microfluídica incluye: una cámara de muestra, una unidad de separacion de muestra que recibe la muestra proveniente de la cámara de muestra y separa un sobrenadante de la muestra al utilizar una fuerza centrífuga; una unidad de prueba que recibe el sobrenadante de la unidad de separacion de muestra para detectar un espécimen del sobrenadante utilizando una reaccion antígeno-anticuerpo, y una cámara de control de calidad para identificar la fiabilidad de la prueba.
