Abstract
La presente solicitud provee un modulo digital de adquisicion de datos tal como un osciloscopio digital, el cual incluye una memoria de acceso aleatorio síncrona (RAM), una unidad de procesamiento de senales digitales, y una unidad de control principal. La unidad de procesamiento de senales digitales está acoplada a la RAM síncrona e incluye por lo menos un convertidor analogico-a-digital (A/D) que digitaliza una senal analogica, y un procesador de senales digitales que incluye una RAM de doble acceso, una pluralidad de bloques de procesamiento y una interfaz de comunicaciones. La pluralidad de bloques de procesamiento procesa los datos de senales analogicas digitalizadas, almacena los datos de senales procesadas en la RAM síncrona, crea datos de visualizacion a partir de los datos de senales almacenadas, almacena los datos de visualizacion en la RAM de doble acceso. La unidad de control principal está acoplada a la unidad de procesamiento de senales digitales e incluye una interfaz interna de comunicaciones acoplada a la interfaz de comunicaciones del procesador de senales digitales, una interfaz externa de comunicaciones y una unidad central de procesamiento que recibe los datos de visualizacion sobre la interfaz interna de comunicaciones y transmite los datos de visualizacion sobre la interfaz externa de comunicaciones.
