Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un polinucleotido que comprende una secuencia que codifica metilcetona sintasa en plantas ligado operativamente a un péptido heterologo de tránsito. Reivindicacion 2: El polinucleotido de la reivindicacion 1, en el cual la metilcetona sintasa de planta comprende una secuencia de amino ácido con por lo menos aproximadamente 85% de identidad con un polipéptido seleccionado del grupo que consiste en las SEC ID N°:13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31, 33, 35, 37 y 39, donde el polipéptido tiene actividad de metilcetona sintasa.
