Abstract
La solicitud tiene como objeto una instalacion para la produccion de un ligante sulfático a partir de un producto pulverulento. Esta instalacion incluye una tolva dosificadora (19), medios de calentamiento (1) del producto pulverulento y unos medios de enfriamiento (3) del producto pulverulento calentado. Los medios de calentamiento (1) y de enfriamiento (3) están asociados a unos medios de trituracion aptos para la obtencion del producto pulverulento segun un huso granular propio de los yesos, y a unos medios de mantenimiento (2) de una tension de vapor saturante y de una depresion determinadas en el interior de dichos medios de calentamiento (1). Los medios de calentamiento (1) están constituidos por un horno de inclinacion y de velocidad variables equipado con un quemador modular (8). Los medios de enfriamiento (3) están constituidos por un enfriador específico concebido para confinar al máximo el producto pulverulento enfriado y son aptos para reducir todo riesgo de hidratacion por contacto de dicho producto pulverulento enfriado con el aire ambiente. Se dispone además de medios de trituracion para después de la coccion y del enfriamiento del producto obtenido, amasar este producto obtenido hasta presentar una granulometría de a 0 a 200 micrones, e incluso hasta 500 micrones.
