Abstract
La presente se refiere a la industria de produccion de petroleo y gas y se puede utilizar para aumentar la produccion de los pozos de los yacimientos de petroleo ya que evita el cierre de la fractura mediante el bombeo de gránulos de apuntalamiento (agente de apuntalamiento) durante la fractura hidráulica de las formaciones productoras de petroleo. Una mayor estimulacion de un reservorio mediante la fractura hidráulica es provista del agente de apuntalamiento en forma de macropartículas con forma esférica o elíptica, realizadas con cerámica, polímero, metal, o vidrio, y poseen una aspereza superior a la del agente de apuntalamiento regular, en donde la aspereza de la superficie no es uniforme y se encuentra descripta por dos criterios A y B, variando en los intervalos: A = 0,0085 - 0,85; B = 0,001 - 1,0. El método de fabricacion del agente de apuntalamiento comprende la preparacion de la materia prima, la mezcla, granulacion, secado, coccion, en donde se agrega una etapa adicional de generacion de aspereza de la superficie en la etapa de granulacion y/o en la etapa de coccion.
