Abstract

Resumen Un método para aumentar la precipitación de carbonato en un entorno de fondo de pozo comprende introducir en el entorno de fondo de pozo una composición de tratamiento que comprende: un agente que produce carbonato que comprende un microbio, una enzima, o una combinación que comprende al menos uno de los antemencionados, y un sustrato que comprende N-oxiurea, semicarbazida, N,N-dioxiurea, o una combinación que comprende al menos uno de los antemencionados. También se puede usar una materia prima orgánica y una geobacteria para tratar un pozo o una formación subterránea. El agente que produce carbonato encapsulado, tal como esporas bacterianas encapsuladas, se usan para formar la estructura cementada autorreparante en un entorno de fondo de pozo.
